I was let down when my Kule order showed up. On the site, the color looked like this clean, bright red, which is exactly what I needed, but in person it was more muted and kind of orange. Not the same vibe at all.
I know screens can make colors look a little different, and I get that, but this felt like more than just a slight difference. I bought it to match something I already own, and now it doesn’t really work with anything. Also, the fabric was nice enough, but I couldn’t really get past the color.

For the price, I just expected it to be more accurate. And then dealing with the return was kind of a hassle, which made the whole thing more annoying. I really wanted to like it, but I probably won’t order from them again...

I got a promo email while I was checking my phone over coffee and figured I’d finally place an order, but the discount code wouldn’t work at checkout. I tried it a couple times thinking maybe I typed it wrong, even though I copied and pasted it, and then contacted customer service. They basically just said exclusions apply, but I didn’t see that made clear anywhere in the email. felt like I wasted my time

The box showed up totally crushed, and the shirt was barely wrapped inside. I had a “why is this so complicated?” reaction because it should’ve just been packed properly. Disappointing overall.

The shirt is genuinely good quality, and the stitching feels solid. I’ve washed it twice already and it still looks nice, so no complaints there. That said, I do think it’s a little overpriced, which is kind of annoying. Still a decent buy, just not quite worth full price in my opinion.

I do like the look of Kule pieces, I really do, but this shirt just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and after one wash it still wasn’t all that soft. I kept thinking it would feel a little more substantial for what it costs. It’s fine to wear, and I’ll probably still wear it, but it’s not one I’d be excited to buy again.

It looked really cute at first, but the quality was a letdown. I’m 100% sure I wouldn’t buy it again.

The fit is pretty much what I wanted too, maybe a little relaxed, which I actually like. I’d probably give Kule’s customer service around 3 stars. They were polite and did eventually answer my questions, but reading between the lines, it felt like they were a bit backed up or not super on top of things. I had to follow up once to get a response, which was a little frustrating. They did sort it out in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

I returned my order weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve contacted support a few times, but the replies have been vague and not really helpful. Just frustrating at this point.

I kind of had a feeling this brand wouldn’t be for me, and seeing the designs basically confirmed it. There are a lot of bright colors, stripes, and busy patterns, which just come off a bit loud and childish to me. I know some people probably like that look, but for the price I was expecting something cleaner and more polished. Definitely not something I’d reach for or wear myself.
